Our model is straightforward: acquire well-located properties, manage them directly, and continually look for opportunities to enhance their long-term value. In addition to renovating and upgrading existing apartments when we can, we actively pursue opportunities to create Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) under both state and local programs. These projects allow us to transform underutilized space into modern apartments, improve the properties as a whole, as well as contribute additional housing to San Francisco.

Nina leads construction, renovations, and day-to-day property operations. She manages capital improvement projects, vendor relationships, and building maintenance standards. Her role ensures that each property is maintained at a high level while balancing efficiency, quality, and long-term durability.
Sales & Marketing
Paul is responsible for marketing strategy, positioning, and tenant acquisition. He oversees how properties are presented to the market and ensures consistency in branding and outreach. His work supports leasing performance while reinforcing the company’s identity as a professionally managed, high-quality operator.
